- WHY THIS EXISTS
Built by someone who did it the hard way – so you don’t have to
Dr. Igbalajobi received a life-changing government scholarship to study in Korea — as the only Black science student. That experience lit a fire. In 2020, he founded Scholarships Cafe to give every ambitious student the knowledge, tools, and support that once only existed behind closed doors.
“The difference is rarely luck. It’s preparation, positioning, and a strong application strategy. The Scholarship Accelerator is designed to help you develop that strategy.”
— Dr. Olumuyiwa Igbalajobi, Founder, Scholarships Cafe

Absolutely. Day 4 is entirely dedicated to this. Many top scholarships use a holistic approach — your research experience, essays, and recommendations can far outweigh your grades. We've helped students win $300K PhD scholarships, the Mastercard Foundation award, and government scholarships regardless of GPA.
The Resource Vault includes: Scholarship Tracker, IDAN CV guide, SOP template, cover letter template, research statement guide, cold email scripts, and recommendation letter guidance — the same materials used by students who've secured over $3 billion in funding.
It's the evolution of it. The 14-Day Accelerator is more focused, more intensive, and more results-driven — with the same expert guidance condensed into a tighter, more actionable format. If you've done the 30-Day Challenge before, this will take you further, faster.
The program runs 4th–19th September 2026. Register early as spots are limited and the cohort fills up fast each edition.
